My name is Aurélia Durand; I am a visual artist. I was born and raised in France, in the suburb of Paris.
In 2014 I got my master in industrial design from the art school ESAD d’Orléans in France. During my studies, in 2013 I went to Copenhagen at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design for a semester. I fell in love with the Scandinavian lifestyle, so I decided to extend my journey in Denmark for five years until now. I just recently moved back to France. As a creative person traveling is essential for getting new inspiration and bring more nuances in my work. I like to challenge my work by pushing myself to get new habits.
My travels influence my work; my visuals are colorful and vibrant and aim to reflect the diversity of our society.
